House Rules

We're delighted to host you. To make sure your stay — and the stay of every guest after you — is comfortable and enjoyable, please take a moment to read through these house rules.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in — 3:00 PM
  • Check-out — 12:00 Noon
  • Please inform the host of any changes to your arrival or departure time.

General Rules

  • Treat the property with care and respect.
  • Please keep the house clean and tidy during your stay.
  • Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
  • Turn off lights, air conditioners, fans, and appliances when leaving the property.
  • Keep noise to a minimum, especially from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to respect our neighbors.

Wi-Fi & Internet

  • Do not unplug, switch off, or reset the Wi-Fi router or internet equipment without the host's permission — this may disrupt internet service and security systems.

Safety & Security

  • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
  • Report any damage, malfunction, or emergency to the host immediately.
  • Do not move or tamper with security equipment, including CCTV systems.

Visitors

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
  • Please obtain the host's approval before inviting additional visitors.

Smoking

  • Smoking of cigarette/e-cigarette/vaping is not permitted inside the house.
  • A fee of ₱2,000 will be charged for cleaning/steaming the house if you smoke inside — this will be deducted from your incidental deposit.
  • There's a designated smoking area outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets

  • Sorry, no fur babies allowed.

Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
Please rinse off sand in the outdoor shower area and dry off before entering the house.

Before Check-Out

  • Wash used dishes, or place them neatly in the sink.
  • Dispose of all garbage properly.
  • Return keys as instructed by the host.
  • Please keep track of your keys during your stay — lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
  • Ensure all lights, fans, air conditioners, and appliances are switched off.
